Hey friend, Spring is finally here in Connecticut and having all the windows open has done wonders. It was a challenging winter navigating sickness and higher than usual levels of chronic pain and fatigue, so the cool breezes and new buds on the trees are exactly what my heart needed. But what I'm really excited about this spring: my book is coming out 5/12! I wrote this for those of you who are so tired you're not sure you even have a faith left to practice. These words come from some of my darkest moments, struggling to navigate a life full of loss, anxiety, depression, and chronic pain. I hope you find some comfort here. You're in good company.
